I Can Help! is an educational resource designed to help parents and caregivers create a printable picture list that children can use to participate in everyday family activities.

It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical or professional advice.

Every child and family is different. You decide whether and how to use the list you create.

Your list

You may download, print, and use the lists you create for your own child, family, classroom, or caregiving setting.

You are responsible for reviewing the completed list and deciding whether the items and activities are appropriate and safe for your child and circumstances.

Our content and product

Picture lists and visual supports are widely used tools, and Discerning Parenting does not claim ownership of these general concepts.

However, the original content, illustrations, design, interface, structure, and other creative elements of I Can Help! are the work of Discerning Parenting and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Please do not copy or substantially reproduce this product, including its original content, design, structure, interface, illustrations, or other protected creative elements, or present such copied material as your own.

Your own photos and content

You remain responsible for the photos and other content you choose to use in your list. Please use only photos or materials that you have the right to use.

We may update, change, or discontinue this tool or its features from time to time.
